Andrew brings extensive government experience across multiple policy areas, with a recent focus on education. He has served as a senior advisor at Education Services Australia, and most recently for Australia’s largest Catholic education organisation, Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools. 

Andrew has been a strategic advisor to numerous Liberal Ministers and Shadow Ministers, including the Minister for Education, the Shadow Treasurer, and the Shadow Minister for Community Services and Housing. Additionally, he has a strong public service background, having managed Cabinet Committees during both the Baillieu and Napthine Victorian Governments.
