Liam is an Analyst at TG Public Affairs. His academic and professional specialties encompass public policy, law, and foreign affairs, providing him with the research skills to assist clients in understanding legislative changes and navigating complex regulatory environments.  

Prior to joining TG Public Affairs, Liam was the DFAT New Colombo Plan Scholarship Fellow for Nepal for 2021 where he worked with the Forum for Women, Law and Development on sexual and reproductive health rights projects. He also concurrently worked for Mattel in their Government Affairs division across Australia and Indonesia.  

He completed his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts at Macquarie University, writing a thesis regarding proposed reforms to Australia’s Sex Discrimination Act to incorporate menstruation as a protected characteristic which received first-class honours.
