Noni is an experienced strategic advocacy and policy specialist. She brings extensive history in developing advocacy strategies, and draws on her knowledge of government, communications, legislative and industrial landscapes to develop innovative solutions and pathways.

Noni has an exceptional understanding of the Victorian Government.  As a Senior Advisor, she worked for the Minister for Health, Minister for Ambulance Services, Minister for Workplace Safety and for the Attorney-General.  During that time, she was responsible for the delivery of major policy outcomes and retains strong links within that Parliament.

Most recently, Noni worked within Victoria’s Department of Justice and Community Safety, where she headed an office monitoring the implementation of the Police Informants Royal Commission recommendations. She has also worked for the Australian Council of Trade Unions, the Australian Education Union and the Victorian Healthcare Association.

Noni holds a Master's of Change, Innovation and Leadership.
