Tim Woolley is an experienced government adviser. He has worked for four current Victorian Ministers including the Premier. Tim has substantial expertise in driving government decision making and project implementation across a range of portfolios, in particular, economic policy, infrastructure and development. He brings a deep understanding of engaging with government and the private sector on project development, procurement and delivery.
Working for the then Deputy Premier in transport infrastructure, and most recently as Senior Adviser to the Minister for Precincts and Minister for Development Victoria, Tim was responsible for advising on the development and delivery of dozens of major infrastructure projects, including complex rail projects, civic infrastructure and housing. Prior to this Tim held adviser roles in both the Office of the Premier and Office of the Treasurer including working on multiple budgets.
Prior to his Ministerial adviser roles, Tim worked at the Department of Premier and Cabinet and the Department of Education. He was also an Associate at law firm Quinn Emanuel in London. Tim is an admitted Australian lawyer and holds a Bachelor of Civil Laws from the University of Oxford.
